Sportsmetrics™

Sportsmetrics™ is the first scientifically proven and award winning program to help decrease the occurrence of non-contact ACL tears and other serious knee injuries among athletes. Each year in the US, 1 in 100 high school female athletes will suffer a serious knee injury. Females alone have an injury rate at 2-10x higher than male athletes.

Sportsmetrics™ is a unique program that specifically targets injury prevention and sports enhancement; it is not your average plyometric training program. This program consists of an organized progression of jumping and landing drills. Sportsmetrics™ emphasizies proper mechanics, safe body form, and neuromuscular retraining for simple jumps, multi-direction jumps, single foot hops and sports like movement.

All of our physical therapy offices are excited to have Sportsmetrics™ certified staff that have the training to provide athletes with the most detailed training program they have ever been a part of. During the 6 week program, your athlete is analyzed with Sportsmetrics™ software to collectively establish data directly related to their risk for serious knee injuries. Take action and come train with the Sportsmetrics™ certified staff to decrease your risk of serious knee injury and keep you in the game.
