Physical and Occupational Therapy

- Fulltime   Are you a smart, motivated physical therapist who knows and loves the Mountain West? Are you ready to find a workplace where you feel like you belong? The best kind of life takes root from living in a community you love, doing meaningful work that aligns with your life's purpose. If you're an energetic professional who is passionate about providing therapy in rural areas that deserve quality care and who enjoys a fun mix of inpatient, outpatient, and all-ages therapy, we think you can find your best life here with us.

At North Platte Physical Therapy, you'll find experienced mentors who want to meet your needs as you grow professionally. Our clinic uses a team-based approach, with occupational and physical therapy often collaborating to provide the best possible care. We are predominantly an outpatient orthopedic practice servicing several different sized communities throughout the state. A high percentage of our clinicians are board certified specialists in orthopedics, providing plenty of mentors and support if that is an avenue you would like to pursue. With clinics in rural settings, there are also opportunities for significant skill development in multiple areas, including inpatient, outpatient, neuro, SNF, and pediatrics to allow you to really find your niche without losing skills in any other area.

Our goal is to bring cutting-edge treatment and state-of-the-art care to rural Wyoming while taking care of our employees for the long-haul. That is why we take great pride in providing excellent continuing education and professional development programs alongside a retirement program that is second to none in the United States. Additionally, we offer a sign on bonus and loan repayment program, generous stipends for continuing education, paid state licensing, APTA dues and 1 section, and an incredibly affordable health insurance plan.

We have openings now in our clinics in Cheyenne, Powell, Gillette, and Douglas, Wyoming. For road safety and community involvement, we require our employees to live in the communities they serve. We are generally able to assist in finding affordable housing when relocating to these towns.
