Here is what you need to know to prepare:

  • How long does it take? The evaluation typically takes about four hours, though the exact length varies based on your occupation and the specific tests required.
  • How should I prepare? Dress in comfortable, loose-fitting athletic clothing and closed-toe shoes, as you will be performing physical tasks.
  • What if I get tired or feel pain? Your safety is our top priority. You will be allowed to take breaks as needed. If you cannot finish a test or experience pain, you must communicate that to your evaluator so we can accurately document your current limitations without pushing you past a safe threshold.
  • Get a Referral: Your doctor or a relevant stakeholder (like a claims manager) provides a referral detailing your injury, job role, and specific work demands.
  • Get Evaluated: You will come in for comprehensive testing focused on the physical functions related to your specific job duties.
  • Receive a Report: Once completed, our team provides a detailed report to the referral source outlining your capabilities, limitations, and return-to-work recommendations. This acts as a roadmap for targeted rehabilitation or workplace modifications.
