Billing & Insurance

Our goal is to help you understand your insurance coverage, payment options, and financial responsibilities so there are no surprises along the way.

How is the cost of my treatment plan determined?

Costs are based on your specific treatment plan and your insurance benefits.

Coverage depends on your individual insurance plan. We recommend contacting your insurance provider to verify benefits prior to starting therapy.

What do terms like deductible, out-of-pocket, coinsurance, and copay mean?

  • Deductible: Fixed amount you are responsible to pay before insurance coverage begins
  • Out-Of-Pocket: the amount a patient is responsible for paying for healthcare services after insurance coverage is applied
  • Copay: A fixed amount you pay per visit
  • Coinsurance: After your deductible is met, your insurance will pay a percentage of covered costs, and you will be responsible for the remaining percentage until your out-of-pocket maximum is reached.

Deductibles are expected to be paid at the time of service. We can assist with setting up payment plans; however, we do not provide financial assistance.

Appointments & Treatment

Consistency is key to recovery, and we work hard to make scheduling and treatment straightforward.

How long and how often will I attend physical therapy?

Most patients attend therapy 2–3 times per week, depending on the injury and insurance limitations.

We do not offer transportation services. Many Wyoming and Nebraska communities provide transportation options—please contact your local Chamber of Commerce for assistance.

We will verify your insurance benefits at the start of care. You will also review and sign an Insurance Benefit Checklist outlining your coverage.
