Navigating Your Physical Therapy Insurance Coverage
Our dedicated team is here to make the financial side of your care as smooth and transparent as possible. We work directly with most major insurance carriers to help you navigate your benefits, allowing you to make informed decisions about your health without the fear of unexpected costs. Our ultimate goal is to provide you with high-quality, cost-effective care so you can focus entirely on what truly matters: getting back to a pain-free, active life.
Accepted Insurance Plans
We participate with a wide variety of local and national health insurance providers, as well as workers’ compensation coverage. While we are continuously expanding our network, some of the major carriers we accept include:
- Aetna
- Allegiance
- Allied
- Blue Cross Blue Shield
- Cigna
- First Choice
- Medicare & Medicaid
- Railroad Medicare
- Tricare & VA Community Care Network
- WyoBlue Advantage
- Workers’ Compensation
- …and many more!
(Note: If you do not see your specific insurance listed, please call our clinic at (307) 359-7700 or contact us to speak with an insurance specialist. We also offer highly competitive out-of-pocket and self-pay rates for those without coverage.)
The Insurance Verification Process
Nobody likes surprise medical bills. That is why we have a streamlined insurance verification process. Before you begin your physical therapy treatment, our intake team will thoroughly review your policy to determine your exact coverage. We will clearly explain your benefits to you, including any copayments, coinsurance, or deductibles you may be responsible for. While we always recommend verifying your own benefits directly with your provider, our team is here to do the heavy lifting and provide clarity right from day one.
FSAs and HSAs for Physical Therapy
If you are looking for smart ways to cover your deductibles or copays, Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) and Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) are excellent options. Both allow you to use pre-tax dollars to pay for qualified medical expenses, including physical therapy!
- Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs): Typically set up through your employer, these funds generally must be used by the end of your enrollment year (“use it or lose it”).
- Health Savings Accounts (HSAs): Available to those with High Deductible Health Plans, these funds roll over year after year and have no deadline for withdrawal.
If you need assistance answering any questions regarding FSA, HSAs, or anything else insurance & billing related. Please don’t hesitate to contact us.
